COURTLAND — Jennie B. Joyner Hornok, 94, widow of Steve Hornok, passed away on Aug. 30, 2016, at Southside Regional Medical Center.

She was a native of Southampton County, and was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Elijah Joyner. She was a member of Hunterdale Christian Church, and a graduate of Franklin High School.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, Stephen Edward Hornok and his wife, Kimberly; two grandchildren, Marty Porter and his wife, Rita, and Jesse Lorince; two great-grandchildren, Justin and Travis Porter; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The graveside service was at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 1, in Southampton Memorial Park with Pastor Randy Wright officiating.

Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, has charge of arrangements.
