WINDSOR
The final performance in the Spring Concert series for Windsor takes place on Friday, Sept. 2. That’s when The Rhondels — yes, The Rhondels — will perform at the Wesley F. Garris outdoor center next to the library on Duke Street. The show is scheduled from 6 to 9 p.m., and is free to the public.

Country Boy’s BBQ will have food on site to sell.

Pray for clear skies as there’s no backup location in case of rain, an element that has squelched a couple of concerts earlier in the season. In fact, the band was originally set to perform on one of those occasions, but has been able to return.

The Rhondels perform a mix of Beach music and oldies.
