ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. — Ritchie L. Artis of West Ehringhaus Street passed away on Aug. 10, 2016, while a patient in CHKD.

The homegoing service will be at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 17, in Apostolic Faith Church of God, 608 Oak St., Franklin, with the Rev. Dr. Bonzia Caison delivering the eulogy; Elder Ronnie Warren is the host pastor. Burial will be in Southview Cemetery.

A traditional service with dignity will be conducted by Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home Inc., 224 S. Main St., Franklin.
