PARRIS dated December 19, 2008, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON as Deed Instrument Number 080004254, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Southampton located at 22350 Main Street, Courtland, Virginia on September 15, 2016 at 3:30 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in Southampton County, Virginia, and being known, numbered and designated as Lot 59, containing 0.9260 acres, as shown on that certain plat entitled “AMENDED SUBDIVISION PLAT OF SANDY CREEK (T.M. 63*19)”, dated February 12, 2008, and prepared by R.
