The Virginia Department of Transportation on Wednesday reopened Route 615 (Adams Grove Road) after completing superstructure repairs to the bridge over Three Creek.

“The bridge opened three days ahead of schedule after crews replaced the steel beams, timber deck and wooden railings to the bridge’s structure,” VDOT Senior Public Affairs Specialist Tiffany Whitfield said. “Both of the bridge’s approaches were also repaired.”
