In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $209,612.00, with an annual interest rate of 4.250000% from SONJI CORDEL MORTON dated July 30, 2010, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON as Deed Book/Instrument Number 100001891, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Southampton located at 22350 Main Street, Courtland, Virginia  on August 18, 2016 at 3:30 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

PARCEL I: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying situate and being in the City of Franklin, Virginia, designated as Lot 2, Section Six, “Quail Ridge”, containing an area of 26,866 square feet as shown on that plat entitled, “PHYSICAL SURVEY SHOWING LOTS 1 & 2 SECTION 6, ‘QUAIL RIDGE’ PROPERTY OF KEITH H. BRADSHAW, LOCATED AT 600 HUNTERDALE ROAD CITY OF FRANKLIN, VIRGINIA SCALE 1″ = 40′ JUNE 2, 1988 WILLIAMS & VANN – LAND SURVEYORS 1213 CLAY STREET FRANKLIN, VIRGINIA 23851”, with said plat recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Southampton County, Virginia, in Deed Book 381, page 373, reference to which is hereby made for a more particular description of the property herein conveyed.
PARCEL 2: All that certain lot or parcel of and lying, situate and being in the City of Franklin, Virginia, containing 26,941 square feet and designated as Lot 1, located on the northeast side of Hunterdale Road as shown on plat entitled, “Plat Showing Section Six ‘QUAIL RIDGE’ Located in the City of Franklin, Southampton County, Virginia, Scale 1″ = 100′ FEB. 2, 1990 Survey By B. B. Williams R.L.S., Franklin, Virginia”, of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Southampton County, Virginia, in Plat Book 17, page 98 and more particularly described in accordance with said plat as follows:
Beginning at a point, iron pin, on the northeast side of Hunterdale Road, corner for the within described lot and Lot 2; thence N 20 degrees 04′ W 124.90 feet to a point, iron pin; thence N. 64 degrees 20′ E 200.96 feet to a point, iron pin; thence S 20 degrees 04′ E 144.51 feet to a point, iron pin; and thence S 69 degrees 56′ W 200.00 feet to the point of beginning.
