FRANKLIN
Franklin police are searching for a man who has several arrest warrants out against him. James Darcell O’Neal aka Poo, 24, is described as a black male, 5’11” and 152 lbs. His last known address is in the 800 block of Nixon Drive, Suffolk.

Currently, the Franklin police have arrest warrants for O’Neal for shooting into an occupied dwelling, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, destruction of property, reckless handling of a firearm and discharge a fire within city limits.

Police believe he may armed with .40 caliber pistol.
