Insurance company looking to give best service

AJ Southern Insurance Agency is now open and ready to serve the area with the best customer service around.

“My logo is to always give a southern welcome,” Anita Justice, owner and agent of the agency said. “I definitely want people to be able to walk in and give my customers one-on-one time.”

As of right now, Justice offers auto, commercial auto, boat, motorcycle and recreational vehicle insurance. The company provides SR22 insurance, but is also able to cover anyone.

“My passion has always been insurance and I decided I want to open my own agency. I sell for several different companies and I will accept high-risk drivers, DUIs, reckless drivers, as well as good drivers and anyone else,” Justice added.

Another one of her goals is also offer low monthly rates to everyone and help her clients in any way possible.

“When it’s time to renew, I am always going to see if I can get my clients a lower rate,” she added. “I accept all forms of payment, there are no restrictions. It can be cash, money order, check or major credit card.”

Although vehicle insurance is what Justice offers now, within the next month she hopes to also offer home owner’s and rental insurance.

“This area is definitely growing and I would like to be here for a long time and help service any insurance needs that someone might have,” Justice said.

The agency is open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. After-hours appointments are also available, and Justice is also willing to make house visits if necessary.

Born in Suffolk, Justice graduated from John F. Kennedy High School. She is married and has children. They have all been living in Franklin area for three years.
