Franklin City Council will hold three FY 2016-2017 Budget Work Sessions this week.

On Monday, May 16, and Tuesday, May 17, the session will be at 6 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers, 207 W. Second Ave., Franklin. Departments that will be discussed on Monday are commissioner, treasurer, police, fire & rescue, city attorney and city administration (city council, city manager and human resources). Departments that will be discussed on Tuesday are the registrar, social services, inspections and community development, power and light, finance and utility billing.

The third budget work session will be on Thursday, May 19, at 6 p.m., in City Hall on the second floor conference room. The departments that will be discussed are information technology, parks and recreation and public works.
