By virtue of the Power and authority contained in a Deed of Trust from PEGASUS AVIATION, INC., dated September 21, 2011, and recorded in Instrument No. 110002244 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court for Southampton, Virginia, with an original principal balance of $85,000.00, the holder of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust having appointed as Substitute Trustee STEVEN L. All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying situate and being in Berlin-Ivor Magisterial District, Southampton County, Virginia, containing 5.0 acres of land by actual survey, as shown on plat entitled, “Plat Showing Property of Merle R. Holt and Roberta C. Holt, Berlin-Ivor Magisterial District, Southampton County, Virginia, Scale 1” = 100’, dated March 2, 1974, Survey by J. E. Henry, C.L.S, a copy of said plat being recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Southampton County, Virginia, and said tract being more particularly bounded and described in accordance with said plat as follows: Beginning at a point, an iron pin, on Virginia State Route 603, a corner for the parcel herein being conveyed, Virginia State Route 603, and other lands of the Ulysses Bradshaw Estate; thence along Virginia State Route 603 N. 76 degrees 24’ W. 331.3’ to a point, an iron pin found, which point serves as a corner for Virginia State Route 603, the lands of William L. A deposit of $8,000.00 or ten percent (10%) of the sale price, whichever is lower, in cash or certified check payable to the Substitute Trustee shall be required of the successful bidder at the time of sale before the bidding will be closed.
