ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The Plaintiff filed this suit pursuant to Va. Code § 58.1-3965, et seq., to enforce its delinquent tax liens against the following real estate standing in the name of Ronald D. Johnson and Carole O. Johnson:

Tax Map No.: 15A1-1-75 Brief Description: 35364 Gen. Mahone Blvd.

An affidavit having been filed that the Plaintiff used due diligence to locate the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in interest of Rebecca J. Lively, but without effect; that the post office addresses of the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in interest of Rebecca J. Lively are unknown; that the Plaintiff used due diligence to locate Defendants Ronald D. Johnson and Carole O. Johnson at their last known post office address of 2522 Ruffin Street, Norfolk, VA 23504 and used due diligence to ascertain any other location for them, but without effect; the Plaintiff used due diligence to locate the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in interest of Ronald D. Johnson and Carole O. Johnson, if not living, but without effect; and that there may be others who have an interest in the property whose names and addresses are unknown, those claiming through the aforementioned parties, all such persons made defendants as “Parties Unknown.”

It is ORDERED that this Order be published at least once a week for two successive weeks in the Tidewater News, a newspaper of general circulation in Southampton, Virginia, and that the parties named herein appear at 10 a.m. May 26, 2016, in the Southampton Circuit Court Clerk’s Office and do what may be necessary to protect their respective interests.
