In execution of a certain deed of trust dated September 12, 2006, in the original principal amount of $235,204.98 recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court for Southampton County, Virginia as Instrument No. 060004125 , the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the front of the Circuit Court building for Southampton County, 22350 Main Street, Courtland, Virginia 23837 on May 24, 2016, at 2:00 PM, the property described in said deed of trust, located at the above address, and more particularly described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING, BEING SITUATE IN CAPRON MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT, SHOWN TO CONTAIN 1.51 ACRES AS SHOWN ON THAT CERTAIN PLAT ENTITLED “PLAT SHOWING SURVEY FOR GREGORY ALLEN HARMON & COLLEEN MICHELLE HARMON, CAPRON MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT, SOUTHAMPTON COUNTY, VIRGINIA, SCALE 1 INCHES – 100 FEET, MAY 2001 SAID PLAT HAVING BEEN PREPARED BY S.V. CAMP III AND ASSOCIATES, COURTLAND, VIRGINIA, A COPY OF WHICH PLAT IS ATTACHED TO RECORDED WITH THE DEED AS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 010001949, IN THE CLERK`S OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF SOUTHAMPTON COUNTY, VIRGINIA, AND TO WHICH PLAT REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE FOR A MORE PARTICULAR METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION OF SAID LAND BEING HEREIN CONVEYED.
