MOSES WILLIAMS, if living, and if not, then the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in interest of MOSES WILLIAMS, et al., Defendants.

ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The Plaintiff filed this suit pursuant to Va. Code § 58.1-3965, et seq., to enforce its delinquent tax liens against the following real estate standing in the name of Moses Williams and William H. Williams:

An affidavit having been filed that the Plaintiff used due diligence to locate the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in interest of William S. Williams, but without effect; that the post office addresses of the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in interest of William S. Williams are unknown; that the Plaintiff served Defendant Willie Mae Williams Warren by posted service at her last known post office address of 36022 Broadwater Road, Ivor, VA 23866 and has used due diligence to ascertain any other location for her, but without effect; that the Plaintiff served Defendant Florence Williams Reynolds by posted service at her last known post office address of 11516 Tucker Swamp Road, Zuni, VA 23898 and has used due diligence to ascertain any other location for her, but without effect; that the Plaintiff used due diligence to locate the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in interest of Moses Williams, William H. Williams, Willie Mae Williams Warren and Florence Williams Reynolds, if not living, but without effect; that the last post office addresses of the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in interest of Moses Williams, William H. Williams, Willie Mae Williams Warren and Florence Williams Reynolds, if not living, are unknown; and that there may be others who have an interest in the property whose names and addresses are unknown, those claiming through the aforementioned parties, all such persons made defendants as “Parties Unknown.”

It is ORDERED that this Order be published at least once a week for two successive weeks in the Tidewater News, a newspaper of general circulation in Southampton, Virginia, and that the parties named herein appear at 10 a.m. May 5, 2016, in the Southampton Circuit Court Clerk’s Office and do what may be necessary to protect their respective interests.
