FRANKLIN
The Franklin-Southampton Area Chamber of Commerce will host a Post-Legislative “Eggs & Issues” breakfast on Wednesday, April 13, at 7:30 a.m. in the Franklin Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. Dominion Virginia Power is the presenting sponsor of the legislative event.

Senators L. Louise Lucas and John A. Cosgrove Jr. and Delegates Rick L. Morris and Roslyn C. Tyler have been invited to review the 2016 General Assembly Session and participate in a question and answer session.

Governmental Affair Vice-President Randolph Cook, HDR/ICA, will facilitate the event.

The chamber is coordinating with are high schools to invite government students to participate as guests of business and individual sponsors. Students sponsorships are $10 each.

The Chamber’s legislative committee extends and invitation to the public to attend this event. The cost is $12 per person for Chamber members and $15 for non-members.

Reservations and student sponsorships must be made prior to the event by calling the Chamber at 562-4900. The breakfast will be catered by Fred’s.
