SUFFOLK—Wilbur Hamilton Wright, 93, passed away April 5, 2016. Mr. Wright was a retired data manager for the Naval Air Rework Facility in Norfolk after 42 years of service. A US Navy WWII veteran, he served with the Seabees in Europe and in the Pacific

Left to cherish his memory include a daughter, Cindy Albertson (Terry) of Suffolk, a son, Kent Wright (Mitzie) of Chesapeake, a sister, Ruby W. Kants of Chesapeake, four step daughters, Nancy Futrell of Murfreesboro, Helen Bleil of Como, Audrey Bailey of Murfreesboro, Barbara Eure of Como, and two step sons, Billy Bailey of Como and Douglas Bailey of Courtland.

A funeral will be held at 2PM Saturday, April 9, 2016 in Wright Funeral Home, 206 West Fourth Ave, Franklin, VA with the Rev. Sean Gallagher officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Buckhorn Baptist Church Cemetery, Como, NC.
