To the Editor:

On Friday, Jan. 8, at 4:45 p.m. as I was entering BB&T Bank on College Drive, there was money scattered on the lobby floor.

I picked it up and counted over $300.

The cashier said it was the elderly man that just left and he must have dropped it when leaving.

I handed it to the cashier, who put it in a bank envelope.
