FRANKLIN — Jo Ann Byrum Underwood, 71, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 10, 2016.

She was a daughter of the late Alvin Thomas Byrum and Juanita Lane Byrum.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Fred Underwood; two sons, Billy Harrison and Chris Stephenson; one brother; and four grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 13, in Wright Funeral Home with the Rev. James W. Browder III officiating. Burial will follow in Southampton Memorial Park.
