FRANKLIN — Doris E. Parker of Council Road passed away on Jan. 3, 2016.

The memorial service will be on Sunday, Jan. 10, at 1:30 p.m. in Piney Grove Baptist Church, 1071 Carrsville Highway, Franklin, with the pastor, the Rev. Alfred Brown Sr., delivering the words of comfort. A traditional service with dignity will be conducted by Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home Inc., 224 S. Main St, Franklin.
