FRANKLIN
The St. Regis Property was placed in an online auction hosted by Atlantic Asset Management Group, Inc., that began Dec. 1, and ended, Dec. 15. According to a spokesperson for the company, there was no winning bid on the property.

The spokesperson said that only one person put a bid in during the live auction, but then backed out. This means that the property is still in the hands of the current owner, David DiPaolo.

A phone called was put in to DiPaolo regarding what the next step for the property would be, but as of Tuesday afternoon, no calls had been returned.
