FRANKLIN
East Pavilion, the long-term residential care center in Franklin, had its annual Thanksgiving Lunch on Tuesday afternoon for their residents.

“We’ve been doing this for at least 40 years,” Director Esther Francis said. “It’s something that the residents always look forward to and their families always make sure we are going to have it for them.”

Francis also said many of the residents get their hair done and dress up for the occasion.

James Taylor, a resident, said the blessing before the dietary staff began making the plates to take to the different dining rooms.
