KITTERY, MAINE — James W. Lambdin Jr., formerly of Franklin, Virginia, died after a lengthy illness on Sept. 27, 2015, at the home of his sister in Kittery.

He is survived by one son, J.W. “Will” Lambdin III of Richmond, Virginia; three sisters, Becca Lambdin of Kittery, Margaret Palau of Deal Island, Maryland, and Dale Brett of Franklin, North Carolina; and his stepmother, Betty Lambdin of Courtland, Virginia.

The memorial service will take place at a later date in spring.
