Rufus H. Bundick Jr.

FRANKLIN — Mr. Rufus Herbert Bundick Jr. of Thomas Street, departed this life on Oct. 14, 2015. He was born on Aug. 23, 1960, to Rufus H. Bundick Sr. and the late Melba Barnes Bundick in Franklin.

Herbert was employed with International Paper Inc. for four years until his health declined.

He was a 1978 graduate of Windsor High School.

His memory will live forever in the hearts of his sisters, Joyce Bynum, Carolyn Claiborne, Zenobia D. Williams (Bernard) and Connie Ford; one brother, J. “Steve” Barnes; one aunt, Dorothy Parker; four uncles, Leroy Bundick, Harry Barnes (Beverly), Andrew Barnes (Marvia) and Prince Barnes; nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins and many other relatives.

The homegoing service will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 19, in Piney Grove Baptist Church, 1071 Carrsville Highway, where the Rev. Alfred D. Brown Sr. is pastor.

A service with dignity will be conducted by Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Inc., 224 S. Main St., Franklin/
