In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $108,000.00, with an annual interest rate of 6.000000% from TOMAS PADILLA GONZALEZ AND ERIKA NERY PADILLA dated April 20, 2005, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON as Deed Instrument Number 050001664, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Southampton located at 22350 Main Street, Courtland, Virginia on November 12, 2015 at 4:30 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

“All that lot or parcel of land lying situate and being on the northeast side of Main Street in Courtland, Virginia, Southampton County, Virginia, as shown on that certain plat entitled, ‘PLAT SHOWING PHYSICAL SURVEY OF PROPERTY IN THE NAME OF ELAINE BRYANT SHOWN AS TAX PARCE 60A-2-78A,” made October 12, 2004, by S. V. Camp, Ill & Associates, Inc., a copy of said plat being recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Southampton County, Virginia on December 3, 2004 with Instr. #040004932.”

It being the same real property conveyed to Tomas Padilla Gonzalez and Erika Nery Padilla, husband and wife, from Smiles Apartments, LLC, by deed dated April 15, 2005 and recorded contemporaneously herewith in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Southampton County, Virginia.

AND further described in the above Deed of Trust. (Tax Map No. 60A-2-78A)
