In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $97,549.00, with an annual interest rate of 4.750000% from Catherine Hamlin dated October 9, 2013, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the County of Southampton as Deed Instrument Number 130003115, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the County of Southampton, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Southampton located at 22350 Main Street, Courtland, Virginia on October 29, 2015 at 4:30 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON AND APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO BELONGING, LYING AND BEING IN CAPRON MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT, SOUTHAMPTON COUNTY, VIRGINIA, KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS 23034 MEHERRIN ROAD AS MORE PARTICULARLY SHOWN ON THE FOLLOWING PLAT, BEING LOT 3, P.A. SUBDIVISION, SECTION B, A COPY OF WHICH IS ATTACHED TO THE DEED RECORDED IN THE CLERK’S OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF SOUTHAMPTON COUNTY IN DEED BOOK 433 AT PAGE 35, REFERENCE TO WHICH PLAT IS HEREBY MADE FOR A MORE PARTICULAR DESCRIPTION OF THE SAID REAL ESTATE CONVEYED HEREIN: SURVEY MADE BY WILLIAMS & VANN LAND SURVEYORS, DATED JULY 25, 1997.
