In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $74,000.00, with an annual interest rate of 5.375000% from JEANE G BROWN dated September 15, 2009, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON as Deed Instrument Number 090002879, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Southampton located at 22350 Main Street, Courtland, Virginia on September 24, 2015 at 4:30 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and situate in the City of Franklin, Virginia, and designated as “T. P. 139477)-G-115 LOT 115 7,523 SQ. FT. 0.173 AC.”, on that certain plat made by Vann & Canada Land Surveying, entitled “PHYSICAL SURVEY SHOWING LOT 115 `RIVERVIEW’, PROPERTY OF JEANE G. BROWN LOCATED AT 600 WALNUT STREET CITY OF FRANKLIN, VIRGINIA SCALE 1″ = 30′ SEPT. 3, 2009”, said plat to be recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the
Circuit Court of Southampton County, Virginia in Deed Book , Page ; as Instrument Number 090002879. Reference to 
said plat is hereby made for a more particular description of the property herein conveyed.
It being in all respects the same property conveyed to Robert J. Brown and Deane G. Brown, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties with survivorship, from Robert J. Brown and Jeane G. Brown, his wife, by Deed of Gift dated October 13, 1998 and recorded October 14, 1998 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Southampton County, Virginia in Deed Book 454, page189.
As a matter of information, Robert J. Brown died September 26, 2003, thereby vesting title in the above described property in Jeane G. Brown.
