SUFFOLK — Mr. Melvin “Boogie” Faulk Sr. of Gates Road, passed away on Aug. 30, 2015, while a patient in Southampton Memorial Hospital.

The homegoing service will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5, in Corinth Chapel United Church of Christ, 7945 Corinth Chapel Road, with the Rev. Andrew Boone delivering the eulogy. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

A traditional service with dignity will be conducted by Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home Inc., 224 S. Main St., Franklin.
