Foul play is not suspected in the case of a Massachusetts man who was found dead inside a truck at Love’s Travel Center on Tuesday.

The body was identified as Cyrus Gichini Gicheru, 34, of Uxbridge, Massachusetts, according to Capt. Tim Whitt, spokesman for the Franklin Police Department.

Whitt stated in a press release that officers responded to Love’s Travel Center at 12:36 p.m. after Gicheru was discovered in the vehicle by another truck driver.

An investigation is underway in order to determine how Gicheru died. Because foul play is not suspected, police are not looking for anyone in connection with the death.
