In execution of a certain deed of trust dated June 30, 1997, in the original principal amount of $75,000.00 recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court for Southampton County, Virginia, in Deed Book 431 Page 581, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the front of the Circuit Court building for Southampton County, 22350 Main Street, Courtland, Virginia 23837 on August 11, 2015 at 2:00 pm the property described in said deed of trust, located at the above address and more particularly described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING, SITUATE AND BEING IN THE CITY OF FRANKLIN, VIRGINIA, CONTAINING 15,349 SQ.
