In execution of a certain deed of trust dated June 30, 1997, in the original principal amount of $75,000.00 recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court for Southampton County, Virginia, in Deed Book 431 Page 581, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the front of the Circuit Court building for Southampton County, 22350 Main Street, Courtland, Virginia 23837 on August 11, 2015 at 2:00 pm the property described in said deed of trust, located at the above address and more particularly described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING, SITUATE AND BEING IN THE CITY OF FRANKLIN, VIRGINIA, CONTAINING 15,349 SQ. WILLIAMS, L.S. #1267, FRANKLIN VIRGINIA”, COPY OF WHICH IS RECORDED IN THE CLERK’S OFF ICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF SOUTHAMPTON COUNTY, VIRGINIA, AND TO WHICH REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE FOR A METES AND COUNDS DESCRIPTION OF SAID LAND. TERMS OF SALE: ALL CASH. A bidder’s deposit of ten percent (10%) of the sale price or ten percent (10%) of the original principal balance of the subject deed of trust, whichever is lower, in the form of cash or certified funds payable to the Substitute Trustee must be present at the time of the sale.
