In execution of a certain deed of trust dated May 05, 2009, in the original principal amount of $176,632.00 recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court for Southampton County, Virginia, in Instrument No. 090001425, and modified on August 01, 2012, to increase the principal balance to $200,290.68, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the front of the Circuit Court building for Southampton County, 22350 Main Street, Courtland, Virginia 23837 on August 11, 2015 at 2:00 pm the property described in said deed of trust, located at the above address and more particularly described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON, VIRGINIA, KNOWN AS LOT NINE (9), AS SHOWN ON THAT CERTAIN PLAT ENTITLED ‘SUBDIVISION PLAT TAX MAP 15 PARCEL 21, PINES OF IVOR, SOUTHAMPTON COUNTY, VIRGINIA’, WHICH PLAT IS MADE BY HURT & PROFITT, INCORPORATED, AND RECORDED IN THE CLERK’S OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF SOUTHAMPTON COUNTY, VIRGINIA, IN PLAT 30 AT PAGES 104-107, TO WHICH REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE FOR A MORE PARTICULAR DESCRIPTION OF SAID PROPERTY.
