In execution of a certain deed of trust dated October 26, 2007, in the original principal amount of $203,152.00 recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court for Southampton County, Virginia, in Instrument No. 070004770, and modified on September 24, 2013, to decrease the principal balance to $198,312.11, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the front of the Circuit Court building for Southampton County, 22350 Main Street, Courtland, Virginia 23837 on June 30, 2015 at 2:00 pm the property described in said deed of trust, located at the above address and more particularly described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOTS OR PARCELS OF LAND LYING SITUATE AND BEING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF ROUTE 58 (SOUTHAMPTON PARKWAY) IN FRANKLIN MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT, SOUTHAMPTON COUNTY, VIRGINIA AND SHOWN TO CONTAIN 5.776 ACRES ON THAT CERTAIN MAP OR PLAT ENTITLED “PLAT SHOWING LOT ENLARGEMENT OF TAX PARCEL 76-29B4 FOUND IN THE NAME OF SANDFIDDLERS, LLC WHEREAS NEW TAX PARCEL 76-29B4 IS TO BE ACQUIRED BY MICHAEL O.
