TATEM dated August 29, 2011, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON as Deed Instrument Number 110002117, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Southampton located at 22350 Main Street, Courtland, Virginia on June 25, 2015 at 4:30 PM, the property with improvements to wit:
