COMO, N.C.—Debra Ann Leitner, 59, passed away on May 3, 2015, at her home.

Debra had a love for all animals and farming. She was brought up Catholic.

Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Ann Qualey of New Jersey; three daughters, Lauren Leitner of Raleigh, Anna Phipps and Ashley Leitner, both of Como; one grandchild; one sister; one brother; one half-brother; one stepbrother; one uncle; and her stepmother.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 6, in Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, with Fr. Charles Saglio and the Rev. Sean Gallagher officiating. Burial will follow at Buckhorn Baptist Church Cemetery, Como, North Carolina.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5, in the funeral home, and suggests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
