The Franklin High School softball team was run-ruled by host Greensville County High School Lady Eagles on Tuesday, 20-0.

The developing Lady Broncos are still trying to make the most out of what they get, though. After shortstop Karissa Schuermann was walked in the third inning, she stole all the way to third base. She then set her sights for home but was called out on a close play at home.

The Broncos lost to the Southampton Indians on April 23, 19-0.

Franklin (0-8) is set to travel to Park View High School and play against the Lady Dragons on Tuesday, May 5, beginning at 4:30 p.m.
