The Virginia Children’s Chorus appearance scheduled for Sunday, March 1, has been cancelled. Nancy Rowe, president of the Franklin-Southampton Concert Association, said the reason is due to all the snow and ice in the parking lot at Southampton High School. She hopes to reschedule the visit at another time.
