GILES dated September 28, 2007, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON as Deed Instrument Number 070004184, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF SOUTHAMPTON, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Southampton located at 22350 Main Street, Courtland, Virginia on February 12, 2015 at 4:30 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying situate and being in the Franklin Magisterial District, containing an area of 1.500 acres, as shown on that plat entitled, “PHYSICAL SURVEY SHOWING PROPERTY SURVEYED FOR GEORGE R. GILES, JR. & HOLLY Y. GILES LOCATED AT 25529 NEW MARKET ROAD FRANKLIN MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT SOUTHAMPTON COUNTY, VIRGINIA SCALE 1″ = 40′ NOV. 17, 2005”, made by J. D. Vann -Land Surveyor, 1213 Clay Street, Franklin, Virginia, said plat is recorded in Plat Book 29 at page 142 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Southampton County, Virginia.

AND further described in the above Deed of Trust. (Tax Map No. 77 72H) THIS COMMUNICATION IS FROM A DEBT COLLECTOR.
