COURTLAND
The Southampton County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate an individual for his involvement in several credit card fraud cases.

Fraudulent charges have been made at numerous locations throughout Hampton Roads, including Carrollton, Suffolk, Portsmouth and Chesapeake. The individual fraudulently obtained goods from 7-Eleven, Family Dollar, Food Lion and other area convenience stores.

The victim, a Southampton County resident, is unsure how this information was received, considering he is still in possession of his bank card.

The suspect, pictured, was driving a newer model silver four-door car, believed to be a Nissan Altima. He is described as a dark-skinned black male, heavy build and a receding hairline.
