Frank Carter, Jr., 64, of 31124 Unity Road, Sedley, Virginia, died on Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2014, at Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 9, in the chapel of Crocker Funeral Home, 900 E. Washington St., Suffolk.
