Forrest F. Blacknall

EMPORIA—Mr. Forrest F. Blacknall of Brunswick Avenue, Emporia, suddenly passed away on Nov. 15, 2014.

He was born in Franklin to Charlotte L. Blacknall and the late Charlie Blacknall Jr.

Forrest was employed for seven years and was the Assistant Manager of the South Hill Walmart.

He was a former member of New Church of Deliverance.

In 1995, Forrest graduated from Franklin High School and furthered his education at Paul D. Camp Community College. He then achieved certification in the culinary arts program at Pittsburgh Institute of Culinary Arts.

He is survived by his wife, Stephanie T. Blacknall; one son, Malachi Blacknall; his mother, Charlotte Blacknall; six paternal aunts; five maternal uncles; cousins and many friends.

The homegoing celebration will be at 4 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 21, in Move of God Church, 221 S. Main St., Franklin, with the Rev. Anthony Goodwyn and the Rev. Theodore King delivering the messages of comfort; Apostle Tyrone Hart is pastor.

A traditional service with dignity will be conducted by William M. Johnson and Sons Inc., 224 S. Main St., Franklin.
