AHOSKIE, N.C.—Donald Ryan Cline, 28, passed away on Oct. 29, 2014.

Born in Canton, Ohio, Ryan graduated from Gates County High School where he played varsity football and baseball, and was a 2009 graduate of Chowan University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Donald Raymond Cline and Michele Sutphin Cline; one brother, Gage Cline of Gates, North Carolina; two sisters, Chelsey Cline of Massillon, Ohio, and Crystle Cline of Franklin; grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins.

A gathering of family and friends will be on Saturday, Nov. 1, from 7 to 9 p.m. in Wright Funeral Home, Franklin.
