WINDSOR—Judean Mary Ann Williams, 74, passed away peacefully at her home on Oct. 21, 2014.

Mrs. Williams was born in Ute, Iowa, and was a daughter of the late Carl and Hazel Ulven. Left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Janet W. Wilson of Richmond and Inga W. Johnson of Windsor; one son, Carl Williams of Richmond; one sister, Marla U. Greer of California; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life service will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 1, at 237A Tarwallet Road in Cumberland, Virginia. Inurnment will be at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
