FRANKLIN—Denise Jean Hinton Baggett, 48, passed away after a long and courageous struggle with Huntington’s disease. She was born in Wicomico County, Maryland, and was a daughter of the late Arthur Richard Hinton Sr. and Doris Jean Ward Hinton.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Leonard R. Baggett; her son, Derek Earl Baggett of Courtland; her stepson, L. Ray Baggett Jr., of Franklin and her grandson, Jackson Earl Baggett.

A memorial service celebrating Denise’s life will be held at a later date.
