FRANKLIN—Joseph Alex Hoffman, 28, passed away on Sept. 12, 2014.

A native of Jacksonville, Florida, he worked for Southside Propane in Franklin.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Dawn Michelle Warren Hoffman; two children, Jayden Hoffman and Raiden Hoffman; two stepchildren, Warren Burton and Kalie Warren; two brothers, Daniel Hoffman and Eric Hoffman; a sister, Ashley Hoffman; his parents, Randy Carr and Lona Hoffman; and his mother-in-law, Sandra Warren.

The memorial service will be at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 17, at Mt. Carmel Christian Church, Walters, with the Rev. Blake James officiating.
