FRANKLIN—Charles E. Fenner Jr., 46, of Norfleet Street, suddenly passed away on Sept. 8, 2014.

The homegoing service will be at noon on Thursday, Sept. 18, in St. Luke AME Zion

Church, 509 Third Ave., Franklin, with Elder Lloyd Watson delivering the eulogy. The committal and benediction will be held in Southview Cemetery.
