FRANKLIN—The 15-year-old Franklin juvenile who went missing Tuesday night has been located, said Capt. Tim Whitt, spokesman for the Franklin Police Department. Aerion Tashcia Cooper is now safe at home.

Cooper had gone missing on Aug. 19 at 8:30 p.m., and she was carrying a duffle bag.

Whitt said that FPD was appreciative for assistance in locating her.
