Esther B. Beale

Esther Bradshaw Beale, 91, a lifelong resident of Walters, passed away on July 3, 2014.

She was a daughter of the late John and Matilda Fowler Bradshaw, and was predeceased by her husband, Fenton O. Beale.

Esther was a graduate of Carrsville High School and had worked many years at Book n’ Card and Bookhaven. She was a longtime active member of Mt. Carmel Christian Church, where she had been a deacon, choir member and an active youth leader.

Survivors include three daughters, Rhonda Copeland (Jimmy), Betsy Creason (David) and Tracy Gnieski (Lee); one son, Johnie Beale (Diana); one brother, Jimmy Bradshaw (Betty Jane); seven grandchildren, Richard Bowen, John Paul Creason, Rebecca Creason, Caitlin Finchum, Kristen Finchum, Jennifer Beale and Daniel Gnieski; and three great-grandchildren, Alex Bowen, Heather Bowen and Conner Creason.

The funeral will take at 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 6, at Mt. Carmel Christian Church with the Rev. Blake James and Rev. Curtis Faison officiating. Burial will follow at Mr. Carmel Christian Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Walters Community House after the service, and at other times in the home of Tracy and Lee Gnieski at 27980 Walters Highway, Walters, and suggests memorials be made to Mt.
