FRANKLIN—Mr. Ray A. Seaborn, 54, of Franklin, died on June 14, 2014, at Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk.

The funeral will be conducted on Friday, June 20, at 2 p.m. in Vaughan’s Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow the service in Southview Cemetery, Franklin.
