So many among us are fortunate to be able to say that, at the most crucial and vulnerable point in our lives, we were blessed to be in a relationship with someone that loved us, cared for us, consoled us, encouraged us, motivated us, challenged us, disciplined us, tested us, inspired us, nurtured us, enriched us, worried about us, prayed for us and lost sleep over us.

Little did we know at the time what a profound and lasting impact their decision to become a teacher would have on us.
