FRANKLIN—With bad weather looming, Franklin City, Southampton County and Isle of Wight County Public Schools have released students from after-school activities for today.

Students in the Franklin City Public Schools were dismissed early.

Southampton and Isle of Wight County schools are watching the situation as it concerns early dismissal.

No decisions have been made regarding school on Thursday.
