The citizens of Newsoms have a choice to elect a mayor on May 6, 2014. Mr. Worrell has worked for the Newsoms’ town citizens for years.

After retiring from the Army, he organized a group with the town citizens. With the organization they worked to fix citizens’ homes that were badly in need of repairs. Citizens who had no indoor plumbing now have upgraded homes and indoor plumbing.

The current project is to eliminate mold in citizen’s homes, a problem cause caused by storm water drainage problems in the town of Newsoms.
