Mindy and Will Lee of Courtland announce the birth of their daughter, Emma Virginia Lee. She was born at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2014, in Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk. Emma weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and measured 20-1/2 inches at birth.

She is the sister to Hayden Lee, and the maternal granddaughter of Kathy and Bobby Vann, and paternal granddaughter of Gayle and Bruce Phillips (step-grandfather) and the late David Lee Sr.
